We partner with landlords to assist in letting or selling of their property by engaging prospective tenants or buyers. Other functions include but not limited to: 

• Listing the property for rent with well worded description and professional photos.
• Advertising property for rent or for sale using our agency signage and other marketing channels 
• Showing property to prospective tenants or buyers.
• Evaluating tenancy applications and vetting tenants
• Prepare the tenancy documentation in compliance with legislation.
• Sign up the tenancy documentation and collect all the initial monies.
• Review rent rates
• Communicate with landlords and tenants on property related issues.
• Negotiate with tenants and resolve conflicts.
• Mitigate risk to the owners with advice as required
